Where does Cedarhouse deliver?

We deliver within 15 miles of our shop, which includes:

  • All Seattle neighborhoods

  • North to Shoreline, Bothell, Edmonds, Lynnwood

  • East to Bellevue, Medina, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island

  • South to Kent, Renton, Burien

How much is it to send flowers in the Seattle area?

  • Free in-store pick up

  • $12 in Wallingford

  • $15 and up in Seattle (based on zip code)

  • $20 and up to eastside neighborhoods (based on zip code)

When does Cedarhouse deliver? Can you do same-day?

We deliver Monday through Saturday. For next-day delivery, please order by 2 pm or call the shop 206.397.3222. If you are looking for same-day delivery, please call our shop in the morning and we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.

What if the recipient is not there to receive my flowers?

If there is a smart and safe place to leave flowers (i.e., a covered porch, a back door, with a co-worker, etc.) we will do so and text/notify the recipient. If leaving the delivery is not a good idea, we will call you and/or the recipient for further direction. If we can’t reach either party, then we’ll return the arrangement to the shop.

Does Cedarhouse send flowers out of Seattle?

No, we do not send flowers out-of-state, but we do have strong opinions regarding wire services. Please feel free to call us and find out what we consider best practices for ordering out of state and how to secure a quality product.

How do I care for my flowers?

We strive for beautiful, lasting design. While some flowers are naturally short lived (like our beloved dahlia), you should expect to enjoy most cut flower arrangements for up to seven days and often longer, with good care. Add a little water to your arrangement each day to help it stay fresh and increase longevity. For the ambitious, change the water completely by tipping the vase on its side and draining what you can. Then refill with fresh tap water.
